She also advises senior management, boards of directors and shareholders on corporate governance, regulatory matters and business strategy. 


With nearly 10 years of software engineering experience, Waun has worked for a breadth of industries and problem spaces. Some ranging from, Private and public, Startup to Enterprise, top secret agencies, and successfully exited a past venture. He excels in distilling complex processes into robust and scalable digital systems, whilst providing easy-to-digest user experiences. Alongside being a software engineer he has served several leadership roles, is a board member on his local community incubator, and has served 12 years as a public servant.
